My Settings

My Setting are your personal settings. Use the cog icon 

to navigate to the Settings page to access My Settings.  My Settings has three sections: Related Groups, Metadata Display and Keyboard Shortcuts.

Related Groups

Related Groups lets you view the list of available Related group options. By default, all related groups display across the DART application when turned on. Click EDIT to turn off irrelevant related group options.

Change the order in which they appear in the related group list across DART application pages by clicking on a group name and dragging it to the desired order.

Metadata Display

View all the available lists of metadata in DART NXT. Each Metadata field will show along with the document body when the Metadata table is selected via the document header. There are two options for showing these metadata values: 

Always – If selected, the metadata value always shows along with the document body when the metadata table is selected. By default, Author, Email BCC, Email CC, Email From, Email Subject, Email to, and File Name are selected.

When Tagged – If selected, the metadata value shows along with the document body when the metadata table is selected in document details, and the metadata is tagged in the results.

Click the EDIT button to change the metadata display.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Coding Choice–assigns unique field-choice combinations to each of the ten available 'ALT + <digit>' keyboard combo shortcuts. Once set, this choice value is set for the field in the coding layout when the keyboard shortcut is pressed within a document.

Click the EDIT button to assign coding choices.

Annotation Status–assigns a unique annotation status to any of the ten available 'Shift + <digit>' keyboard combo shortcuts. Once set, this annotation status can be set when an annotation is selected in document activities using the respective keyboard shortcut.
